If the pH does not rise in a large pool, do not keep adding product: correct the alkalinity
In large volumes, insisting with the pH increaser when the Total Alkalinity is low means wasting kilos of product without results. First, the TAC must be brought to 100-150 ppm; with it in place, the pH is adjusted with a single correction and maintained.
