Natural flocculant for small pools: bottle of 15 treatments
One day the pool wakes up with cloudy water, without shine, and you can no longer see the bottom clearly. It's turbidity: millions of tiny particles that the filter is unable to retain. The Puerto Verde natural flocculant clumps them together and makes them fall to the bottom so that the pool vacuum can remove them, and it does so with a 100% natural formula, without aluminum sulfate. This bottle of 15 treatments is designed for small, above-ground, or removable pools.
- 🌿 100% natural
- ✓ No aluminum sulfate
- 💧 Does not alter the pH
- ⚡ Fast action
- 🧂 Chlorine and salt
This flocculant does not remove green water
It is the most common question, so we want to make it very clear: flocculant is a clarifier. Its function is to remove turbidity, not to get rid of algae. Green water is a different problem that requires another treatment.
- Removes turbidity and the cloudy appearance of the water.
- Clumps suspended particles together and precipitates them to the bottom.
- Restores clarity to water that has lost its clarity.
- It does not remove algae or green algae.
- It does not turn green water crystal clear.
- It does not replace disinfection or pH adjustment.
Is your pool green? First, the algae must be treated and the water balanced; once the green is gone, the flocculant takes care of any remaining turbidity. We explain it to you in our pool maintenance blog.
How it works
Clumps invisible dirt and takes it to the bottom
Turbidity is caused by particles so small that they pass through the filter and remain floating in the water. The flocculant, in granulated powder, makes those particles stick together and form larger and heavier aggregates, which precipitate to the bottom with the filtration system turned off. Then, you just need to pass the pool vacuum to remove them and the water regains its clarity.
Clumps
Binds suspended particles together.
Precipitates
Takes them to the bottom of the pool.
Removed
With the pool vacuum, effortlessly.
Clear water
Transparency and shine again.

Directions for use
How to apply the flocculant step by step
Before starting, check that the pool has a recirculation system running and that the water is below 30 °C. For the best results, apply it first thing in the morning or during the early morning.
-
Calculate the dose
2 scoops per 10 m³ of water. Use the table or the calculator if you have doubts.
🥄 2 scoops / 10 m³ -
Distribute the product
With the filtration system running, slowly pour the dose in front of the return jets and around the entire perimeter of the pool.
🔄 Active recirculation -
Let it recirculate
Keep the filtration system running for a minimum of 2 hours so that the flocculant is distributed throughout the water.
⏱️ Minimum 2 hours -
Turn off and let it rest
Deactivate the recirculation and leave the water to rest for 8 to 12 hours, depending on the dirt, so that the particles fall to the bottom.
🌙 8-12 hours of rest -
Pass the pool vacuum
Remove the debris deposited on the bottom with the pool vacuum and clean the filter afterwards. Repeat every week or whenever the water needs it.
🧹 Clean bottom📅 Weekly
The complete equipment
Complement the flocculant with our natural range for pools
Crystal clear water depends on the balance of the whole set. Before flocculating, it is advisable to check the pH and, above all, the alkalinity: an optimal alkalinity, around 80-120 ppm, acts as a buffer and prevents the pH from constantly rising and falling, which improves the effectiveness of all treatments.
Formats
Choose the right flocculant for your pool
The formats for small pools are designed for pools of a few cubic meters, and those for large pools for larger volume concrete pools.
