It is the most frequent question we receive: "I have added pH increaser and it does not rise". In almost all cases, the Total Alkalinity is below its range. Without an alkalinity of 100-150 ppm, the pH has nowhere to rest and any correction is lost in a few days.

The general rule is 300 g (10 level scoops) per 50 m³ to raise the pH by 0.1, or what is the same, 60 g (2 scoops) per 10 m³. In spas, 15 g per m³ raises the pH by 0.2. Always do a prior analysis to know how much to correct.
