The correct sequence to balance your pool
First, the Total Alkalinity is brought to its range and, once stabilized, the pH is corrected. In 3 kg sizes, you have both products from the Puerto Verde natural range:

Why TAC is so important
Total Alkalinity (TAC) is the amount of alkaline substances dissolved in the water, and it determines how well the water resists pH changes. The optimal range for bath water is 100 to 150 ppm. When the TAC is low, the water becomes "nervous": the pH fluctuates with rain, bathers, or the disinfectant itself.

Quantity according to your pool volume
The reference is 180 g (6 level scoops) per 10 m³ to raise Total Alkalinity by 10 ppm. In spas, 18 g (½ scoop) per m³. Always analyze the water before dosing.
Quantities to raise alkalinity by 10 ppm. To raise by 20 or 30 ppm, multiply by 2 or by 3.

How to use the alkalinity increaser

Measure the alkalinity
Perform a preliminary analysis to know which parameters need correction and how many ppm you need to raise.

180 g for every 10 m³ and every 10 ppm. If the correction is large, you can split it over two days.

Dissolve
Dissolve the dose in a bucket with about 10 liters of water.
